Share Your World–2016 Week 46

Share Your World

Wednesday? Who stole Monday and Tuesday?
My daughter gave me an extra planner she had on hand so now I can see where my days disappear. It’s much easier than remembering!

Here are Cee’s questions (and my answers) for this week:

Are you a traveler or a homebody?
I lean more toward homebody.

What kind of TV commercial would you like to make? Describe it.
Personally, I’d like to make them all go away.

Describe yourself in a word that starts with the first letter of your name.
Peaceable

List some fun things for a rainy day.
Card making
Baking
Reading
Blogging

Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?
Let me check my planner…I’m grateful for a warm day last week to clean up the flower beds;  I look forward to the Million Bulb Walk at Norfolk Botanical Garden–viewing two miles of Christmas decorations before they open to vehicular traffic.

Well, there you have it. Please share your answers with us–you can link a post to Cee’s blog, or respond in the comments. I always enjoy reading your responses and getting to know you better.

    • Thanks, Beth Ann. I stopped making cards when I started writing devotionals. We’re in a season of change at church, so devotionals are on hold for now, and I’m enjoying getting back to cards. Yes, we are!

  1. wow on the two miles of Christmas, the card is beautiful, no wonder you like to play and make cards on a rainy day.. reading and blogging I relate to, but no baking/crafting. my crafting tends to be in software edits.

  2. that’s a beautiful card, i use to make them more often but they are so time consuming. then i send them out and never hear a word – did they get it, didn’t they get it??? i guess younger peeps don’t really send cards.

my days are disappearing too, let me know if you find them!!!

  3. I’m a good mix of traveler/homebody. I like to travel but I’m always happy to get home too and often, I just want to stay at home. TV commercial? No. My word (at least for today) that starts with my name’s first letter would be composed. Rainy day: reading, writing, curling up on the couch and binge watching something decent on Netflix, taking a nap. I agree with everyone else, what a cute card, Patti!
