Share Your World–2014 Week 30

Cee left us some questions before heading off on her retreat–have fun, Cee!

And, here they are:

List 2 things you have to be happy about.

Being alive, and having internal peace that passes beyond our human understanding.

List at least 2 things in nature do you find most beautiful.

Butterflies and flowers

Show us a 2 of your favorites photographs. Explain why they are your favorite.   If you are not a photographer (serious or otherwise), think of a two favorite scenes in your life and tell us about them.

They haven’t done much so far this year, hopefully they will explode into bloom as they’ve done in previous years.

List 2 of your best personality traits.

“Warped” sense of humor, trustworthy

Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?

I’m grateful for a relaxing weekend, and look forward to hubby’s birthday this week.

Now it’s your turn! You may create a blog post with the questions and your answers and link it to Cee’s blog, or Plan B, leave your answers in the comments below. I look forward to reading your replies.

Have a blessed day!

  1. Family and friends.
    Thunderstorms and the beach
One of my favorite pictures is of my kids behind the boat on tubes. The joy on their faces is the best, but technical part of the picture itself is great. The lighting, the fact that their life jacket color coordinate with the tube they are on, the reflections in the water.
My other favorite is my youngest riding a big wheel when he was about 2. His little tongue is sticking out in pure concentration.
    Personality traits…loyal.

    • Thanks, Jayne. I know how most kids come alive when around water of any kind, so I can imagine how perfect your tubing pictures are. You know they are concentrating fully when the tongue comes into play. 🙂

    • Thanks, Shirley. The Black-eyed Susans are only about 6″ tall so far this year. I thought they came up earlier, will have to check my journal to see when they bloomed last year. The hard winter seems to have changed the timing a bit in the garden.

  2. the photo of the panty hat might just start a new trend.. adorable… i worked for Sears from 75 through 89 in several depts. my last job was service greeter in automotive and that is where i met my husband. we met in the garage in 84 and married in 85… he was a Sears mechanic for 18 years
