There’s a Skinny Dip frozen yogurt shop in the same shopping center as Massage Envy. I treat myself to “lunch” there on massage days. Today I had “No Sugar Added” Vanilla with fresh banana slices, strawberries, chopped peanuts, bits of waffle cone crumbs and a drizzle (or two) of hot fudge syrup. Photo was taken with my iPhone.

Yummy for skinny dip…I mean a massage isn’t bad either, but frozen yogurt always takes the cake in my book! And especially if there’s chocolate involved!

It was a great day, Georgette, warm outside, and I got a lot of errands done, too. We’ll have to go Skinny Dippin’ when you come to Va. π

I’ve never been to Sweet Frog, Dianna. I saw one near where Linn works. Where did you find one?

We go to the one at the Outer Banks. We can walk to it from our beach house!

How many more days until Easter? My Lenten fast of ice cream is made more difficult with posts like these, Patti. (smile)
So, what’s your verdict on Massage Envy? Is it a good massage?

I’m sorry, Lenore. I’ll try to remember to place a warning for you on posts such as this.

I’ve had a membership with Massage Envy close to four years, I think. I see the same therapist each time. They have a variety of massage types available, relaxation, sports massage, etc., and you can go to any of them, wherever you may be. Sorry I missed your question earlier, Lenore.

You can open a frozen yogurt bar, Janna! That wouldn’t work for me, I’d eat all the profits.
