She sent a message regarding the storm being a factor, that if her site didn’t update, she’d post on Twitter. I set up a Twitter account, but haven’t seen any prompts there since the 4th. I guess I’ll keep adding to my journal on my own each day.
Thanks, Robin. The message was printed on tissue paper that came wrapped around a pair of Teva sandals in a shoe box. I kept it in my “things to journal” pile and decided to use it on this project. The first prompt was “Easy” so I used gel medium to glue it down and called it a day. The rest I began adding as I felt fit the prompt for that day.
I did not know until I read comments that the beautiful artwork above the sunflower was one of your art projects. I love the colors and the masterful way you blended them.
On this one, that’s what I’ve been doing, Carletta. I have a natural tendency to want to finish one project before starting another, but I’m experimenting.
I like your journal art. I am very familiar with Michael’s (Hobby Lobby is a nice store, as well.) I have a wicker trunk full of art and craft supplies. It’s ridiculous!
I wonder why you aren’t getting prompts.

Hmmm. What’s up with that? Love your flowers and vine. Is that watercolor?

Not watercolor, Pix, it’s a stencil with acrylic glazes that I found at Michael’s on clearance and never used! I’m an art supply collector. 🙂

Do you add to the same page each day? I’ll have to check that out.
